We only collect what you choose to share: your name, company, email address, phone number and the content of your message when you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp.

If you subscribe to SCALR Insights, we collect the email address you submit for that purpose only.

With Analytics consent, Google Analytics 4 records website usage data such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser. Automatic page views are disabled and SCALR sends selected consented events directly from the website. Standard server logs of our hosting provider may record technical data such as IP address and user agent for security and reliability purposes.

With Marketing consent, Google Ads, Meta Pixel and LinkedIn Insight Tag may receive page, device, referrer and advertising-interaction data on general website pages. When a genuine general WhatsApp lead action is selected, SCALR sends a conversion event to those platforms. We do not supply contact details or enhanced-matching data to these tags.

To reply to your enquiry, assess whether we are a fit for the work, carry out any engagement you subsequently agree to, send Insights to subscribers, measure website usage with Analytics consent, and measure advertising effectiveness with Marketing consent. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

The assessment does not require personal information. Your answers are processed locally in your browser, and SCALR does not store your answers or personalised result. Refreshing or closing the page clears the active assessment.

Advertising trackers are excluded from the assessment route. Website analytics operate there only with Analytics consent and never include assessment answers, scores, classifications, company context or personalised results. The separate whatsapp_clicked event does not trigger advertising conversions. If you voluntarily contact SCALR through WhatsApp after the assessment, the information you choose to provide is handled under this policy.

We process contact data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. Analytics, Marketing and subscription data are processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to answer it and meet UAE record-keeping obligations, then deleted. Subscriber emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics and advertising providers retain data under their configured settings and applicable policies.

Data may be handled by service providers acting on our instructions, including email, messaging, website hosting, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn. They may process data outside the UAE under their applicable safeguards. We share nothing else with third parties unless required by law.

Analytics and Marketing are optional and can be chosen separately. Essential site functionality remains available. Change or withdraw either choice at any time using “Cookie preferences” in the footer, or clear this site's data in your browser.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to processing. Email us and we will respond within a reasonable period.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed fully secure; please avoid sending sensitive information by unencrypted email.
